BBT News

Three weeks of VW extravaganza is over, Wanroij, our own Open house, the Convoy, Hessisch Oldendorf, several open houses and European Bug In.
Slowly we get back to our daily lives with unbelievable great memories of what VW fun we had.

Unfortunately we’re waking up with a kind of hangover if we see the economic situation.
Europe doesn’t do to good, the “free” Covid money is gone and left a huge problem that’s call inflation.

Free money made everything so much more expensive as the demand simply overtook the offer.
Now we have to pay the bills, life will become so much more expensive, interest rates and all consumer prices will rise and not by a little bit.

More against us is the exchange rate of Euro and Dollar.
Euro and Dollar is calculated now one to one, never seen since the introduction of the Euro!

Unfortunatly this will make things even more expensive, as the Dollar is still the currency that rules the world, whatever Vladimir Putin wants or thinks.
But as a real well known friend of Da Houze always said, its better to be expensive than not available.

Availability will become better, as International Ocean shipping prices going down a little.
At the same time we work hard to find new routes and lines to get transit times under control.

We’ve almost tripled our stocks, because we can’t sell what we don’t have.
Every week we introduce to you our new additions, this week being no different.

Welcome to our BBT News, a real summer edition.

BBT # 2110 is our immense popular dual port intake boot.
We simply sell massive as we have very competitive pricing and our private produced dual port intake boot will not dissolve in fuel, did you try yours?

Out of popular demand we introduce now the same intake boot but in red silicone, what is be more resistant to high temperatures.
Same time we like to introduce our intake booth for 1300cc dual port engines, for AB and AR engines.

The 1300cc DP engines with 31PICT carburetors have a slightly smaller diameter inlet manifold (33mm where 1600cc engines have 35mm).
Our three different dual port intake manifold boot should cover now all desires.

All three are readily available from our shelves.

When we found out that most of the components on our 28PCI carburetor rebuild kits where simply no good we took the kits out of our program, made them temporally unavailable.

At the same time we started working with the manufacturer to bring a better product.
After two years of re-development we’re very proud to launch our total new kit that will rebuild your 28PCI carburetor as needed.

We simply went over every single component of this kit, one by one.
Courier DHL made a ton of money sending samples back and forth, but together with the factory and his agent we persisted and succeeded.

As a bonus we add the float to our kits now.
These kits are 100% BBT exclusive.

We like to thank Mr. Renato and his team thoroughly for all their efforts helping us to bring a better product!
