What kind of time are we living in? Who had thought this could be possible in such a short time? We all stay at home, the half of the world is closed, big and important companies can’t move or say a thing, look at the airlines for  example….wow!

BBT News also has been off for a couple of weeks, with several team members working from home we lost pedals and had to reorganise. Thanks to several digital platforms we hooked up to each other again and hey, we’re back! Back to stay…. as there’ are a lot of new products in our pipelines, but this week we start up slowly, one new product and some parts that we like to remind you  which we still have….

Besides all that, our hearts go especially out to all infected people and  families, people who are taking care of a world in lock down mode and all people and their families that are economically effected by this crisis… a crisis that all started with one man who had one bite from one exotic animal…. imagine!

As a new product in our program we like to present you this metal heater tube for your T2b late bay window bus for all model years 1973 and up.
It guides your warm air from the engine’s heat exchangers all the way to the front to heat the drivers cabin and defrost your windows.
Up to 1972 model year we already  supply  under BBT ref 1097-650 , for 1973 and later model years is the diameter larger  featurung a real “dent” at the top…
Original the 1976 and later models have a card board tube, but these metal pipe replace the cardboard tube perfectly, they are stronger and last longer

Just to give you the heads up, there’s front & rear tin ware. Front is towards the front of the vehicle (ie the tin ware closest to your gearbox) and rear towards the back end (ie Tin ware closest to the rear bumper)

Our first call out is the # 2212 Chromed engine tin that sits in front of the motor.. Available for all models 13/15/1600cc

 

Of course, once you have the above sorted out there’s no stopping and should you want to complete the chrome finish, you may need some of the below parts.
