Very welcome to our weekly BBT Newsletter. This week we present a couple of real cool new products, proudly & privately produced for BBT. And this is just the start in the upcoming weeks, we’ll have several private productions that finally make the scene. Very exciting. With quality as the driving force, we’re happy we can glue a real good price to it!
It all just started when we needed one of those and couldn’t find one! The market was dry, nobody seemed to care because they “hardly broke”….that’s pushing a wrong button to us, we searched high and low till we scored two NOS ones with their brackets and had them sent off to our gear mount manufacturer right away. You can see the result below, a perfect reproduction from the early Bay window (T2a) nose transmission mount and its proper bracket.
Because we wanted it exactly like the original, we’ve made a study on the rubber composition of the original one. With those data we could make the rubber composition very very close to the original (actually slightly better because of technology) we’re very happy with the general outcome and can guarantee this as any other BBT produced product.

Really necessary when you mount your sunroof is to use this little spring plate to keep your cables on track. Made from spring steel like it should, this little piece is so important and does its job perfectly!

We presented our new family of front hub grease caps earlier this week on our blog, but repeat them with pleasure! Real nice and 100% as original, initial sales numbers are showing this product is really well accepted on the market.
